**Great Britain Cycling Team - Strength and Conditioning Coach & Support Coordinator (Junior Academy).**

**What you need is**:
We are looking for someone to play a pivotal role in designing, delivering and coordinating support for athletes in the GBCT Junior Academy. You should be an experienced Strength and Conditioning (S&C) coach and have an interest in supporting the physical development of future generations of elite athletes. You will have a creative and innovative approach to ensure the athlete experience of performance support is consistent and aligned in terms of content and quality, even when delivered through multiple organisations. You will play a critical role in connecting with an athlete’s immediate support team so communication in interpersonal skills will be essential.

**Role Summary**:

- Work with the GBCT strength and conditioning (S&C) department, identified support staff and GBCT pathway coaches to develop, support and deliver S&C services for GBCT pathway athletes that lay the foundation for success at podium level.
- Enhance the non-centralised support offer to Junior Academy riders that qualify for TASS support through the development of a TASS network and alignment of available support services to the needs of the GBCT pathway strategy. While a priority focus is on S&C the purpose covers other support services available via the TASS network.
