We are looking for **Casual Community Sessional Coaches** to assist in the delivery of our extensive community programme that covers sports, education, health and social inclusion.

**Your day-to-day**
- Assist in planning creative, active and engaging sessions for project participants, meeting the needs of individuals and groups for each project’s scheme of work.
- Deliver sessions with enthusiasm, helping ensure group and individual participation and progression.
- Form positive relationships with participants, parents, teachers and partner organisations.
- Work effectively as a team with your fellow casual coaches and our Community employees to ensure the smooth delivery and continuous improvement of our programmes.
- Maintain high standards of professional behaviour towards colleagues, participants, and the wider public when working for and wearing Arsenal kit.

**What we are looking for**
- Experience of successfully engaging with participants from diverse backgrounds alongside a genuine commitment to principles of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.
- Relevant football coaching or youth work experience within a school or community environment.
- A good understanding of grassroots football and knowledge of what is needed to create a fun, safe, and enjoyable experience for participants.
- Recognised coaching qualification, ideally Level 2 or above.
- Understanding of Safeguarding, Health and Safety good practice, procedures and policy, including valid up to date certifications in First Aid and Safeguarding Children - ‘Keeping Children and Young People Safe'.
