Accounts Payable Clerk- Hybrid

Sheridan Maine is working with a global solutions provider who are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their busy finance department on a temporary basis.
The **Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for**:
- Invoice validation and coding
- Processing invoices & credit notes
- Mailbox management and handling invoice queries
- Liaising with various departments to ensure smooth efficient process flows
- Assist with audit
- Preparing payment runs
- Account reconciliations
**Our client is looking for someone who has**:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent excel and administration skills
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure
- Outstanding problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated time management, attention to detail and organisational skills
- Highly motivated with ability to work under own initiative, making decisions to benefit the client and team
The company have a flexible working culture and offer hybrid working. There is free parking available on site and the business is located close to public transport links.
You are required to be eligible to work in the UK full time without restriction.
