Local successful Estate Agency are busy and now require a new property manager.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm with occasional Saturday cover ( you will be given time in lieu for this)

Role duties
- Managing a portfolio of 600 local properties
- Managing maintenance and repair issues and calling out external contractors
- Drawing up tenancy agreements for new move ins
- Registering deposits
- Conduction new tenant referencing
- Chasing of rents
- Booking of annual gas safety inspections
- Arranging inventory checks
