As Deployment Administrator you will be helping to schedule field engineers to sites across the country, helping them to deliver the best telecoms networks in the UK. You will support in answering any related queries that may come from our field and project teams or customers and suppliers. If you are currently working in an administrative role and would like to learn more about project coordination and management then this role will _DEFINITELY_ be of interest.

**Responsibilities**:
- Support the coordination of deployment management activities, resources, equipment and information
- Distribute all necessary documentation to the Field Resource and 3rd Party Contractors in a timely manner. (H&S, work instruction, Access details. Permits, Equipment lists)
- Support the creation and maintenance of comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
- Ensure standards and requirements are met through supporting the coordinator in checking documentation received from the Field Engineers to confirm quality is assured.
**Your skills and expertise**:
- Experience in administration is all that's needed, oh and you have to be a true people person
