**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a confident and experienced Head Bartender to support our management team and lead our bar team in delivering excellent customer experiences in a vibrant environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise day-to-day bar operations and staff.
- Ensure all drinks are served to a high standard and in a timely manner.
- Train and mentor bar staff, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Assist with stock management and ordering supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a supervisory bar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of cocktails, beers, and wines.
- Ability to train and motivate team members.

**Schedule**:

- Evening, weekend, and late shifts required.

Pay: £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
