Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Floor Staff to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a member of our floor staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable experience from the moment they arrive until their departure.

Duties

  • Welcome and assist guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
  • Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are maintained throughout the service.
  • Prepare and serve food items as required, adhering to food preparation guidelines.
  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining areas for events or special occasions.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Handle cash and card transactions with precision and care.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils.
  • Provide support during busy periods, including bartending duties if required.

Experience

  • Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant, or catering environments is preferred.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations is advantageous.
  • Skills in food preparation or bartending would be beneficial.
  • A strong desire to help others and provide excellent customer service is essential.
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
