**Hours**: 37.5 hours per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Trusts IT department as part of the IT Helpdesk Team providing first line IT support to the organisation in the position of a Junior IT Helpdesk Officer.
As part of the IT Services Department you will be part of a team responsible for the access and support of the Trusts IT equipment, software and IT Clinical Systems which include (but are not limited to) SystmOne and ICE. This role will also play a central function in the day to day Business as Usual continued support of ANHSFT and other providers services in their use of IT equipment, software and Clinical Systems.
We are always looking for enterprising and innovative approaches to the way we provide our services. We are a national centre for telemedicine and introduced telehealth to the UK offender healthcare sector and also provide the service to patients in their care homes. Community matters to us and we are supported by 400 dedicated volunteers and have strong links with Bradford University, Craven College and Leeds City College to ensure we inspire the workforce of the future.
