**About The Role**: Are you a problem solving leader with the ability to make decisions under pressure, as well as having a keen eye for detail?

Practice Plus Group are looking for an **experienced administration manager** to support our busy Out of Hours service based in Uxbridge. Primarily you will **supervise** the wider rota team which includes rota administrators and operational assistants to ensure all rotas are produced in advance of all services.

Alongside this you will ensure the rota team meets relevant CQC standards, actively monitor, evaluate and report on service performance ensuring all business needs and NQR's are met. You will also be **monitoring and evaluating** the performance of staff by means of regular appraisals and monthly catch ups, with the help of regular training and development activities when necessary.

**This is a full time permanent role with regular office hours, working 5 days between Monday - Saturday.**
**What you'll be doing**:

- Responsible for recruitment, selection and induction including review of new rota administrators, including their ongoing training
- Line management of Rota staff and administrators in conjunction with PPG’s Human Resources Manager. This will include performance management, time-keeping, sickness/leave monitoring and advance adjustments to the rota and HR dashboard where necessary.
- Ensuring operational staff fully understands the importance of their role in ensuring effective, efficient, caring and positive delivery of service to the patients
- To ensure National Quality Requirements are met in a cost effective manner without compromise to quality
- To take ownership, review and action as appropriate the Assessment Pool performance and Call centre shift reports To review and oversight assessment pool during in hours.
- To ensure all updates internal and external to the service which are applicable to the Call centre team and effectively communicated with team.
- Carrying out annual appraisals
- Maintaining good communication links between with all different operational staff, managers, SDMs, Medical Leads and working clinicians.
- Working with Service Manager and Medical Lead and other managers/ supervisors so that operational matters and clinical issues do not conflict and are understood
- Ensure care and motivation of all rota administrators
