This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in a child's educational journey, supporting them through a personalised curriculum tailored to their specific needs. **About the Role**: You will be working closely with a child following the TEACCH model, supporting them at an individual work station and helping to deliver a bespoke learning experience that promotes progress and independence. You’ll be expected to plan ahead, adapt to changing needs, and guide the pupil through their next learning steps in a nurturing and consistent manner. **Essential Experience**: - Previous experience working in a **special school or similar setting**: - **Understanding of the TEACCH approach** and personalised learning strategies - **Experience in a Year 1 or EYFS/KS1 setting**: - A proactive, engaging, and creative approach to supporting learning - Ability to collaborate closely with class teachers, SENCO, and external professionals **About You**: You will be warm, resilient, and committed to inclusion.
