Are you a compassionate and experienced nurse ready to take the next step in your career? The Bethany House Group—a family-run care provider with over 39 years of excellence—is looking for a **Clinical Lead Nurse** to join our dedicated team at our 37-bed nursing home.

**What You’ll Do**
- Lead and inspire our nursing team to deliver outstanding care
- Assess residents and create personalised care plans
- Monitor health outcomes and adjust care as needed
- Mentor and train nursing staff to support professional growth
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care
- Uphold health and safety standards and clinical best practices

**What We’re Looking For**
- Registered Nurse (RN) with valid NMC registration
- Proven leadership experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong clinical knowledge and a passion for person-centred care
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
