I am partnered with a UK based management company in Bradford who are looking for a Customer Care Coordinator to join their Client Services team
In the role, you will be ensuring that excellent customer service is delivered to all areas of the business whilst supporting account managers with the day to day running of key accounts From handling general queries, supporting their online functions youwill be at the front of the business to be on hand to customers at all times.
You will receive a basic salary of £23,000 Per Annum, Monday-Friday hours (no late nights/weekends) 22 days annual leave + bank holidays where you will be able to buy/sell holiday
What will you be doing in your new role?
- Supporting Account Managers with queries around customer accounts
- Resolving queries raised by customers around online systems
- Attending meetings with Account Managers to improve accounts
- Handle complaints and offer first time resolutions
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience within a Customer Service role
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to build relationships with customers & stakeholders
- Remain motivated and work within a fast-paced environment
- And be able to use various IT systems
