We’re looking for a highly organised Office Assistant to support business-wide functions as we continue to grow in a fast-paced market. You’ll assist with key operational duties, as well as supporting our vibrant and growing team with general administrative responsibilities.

A key part of enabling our high standards is ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day office life, as well as helping to manage day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities include:
**Key Tasks**
- Assist management with key compliance documentation and adherence, such as GDPR, Cyber Essentials, Data Protection, and other accreditations
- Assist management with keeping key training documents up to date, filed and distributed accordingly
- Assist with maintaining site policies and procedures and reviewing them as required
- Assist management with preparing and running company updates and meetings
- Assist in keeping H&S documentation and processes up to date

**General Tasks**
- Greet clients and visitors on arrival and offer refreshments
- Manage staff and visitor signing in book
- Liaise with contractors to ensure office is clean and presentable
- Maintaining incoming and outgoing returns
- Book meeting rooms for visitors and staff
- General office duties as required
- Be part of office social team, arranging regular get togethers to maintain morale and team building

**Key requirements**:

- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with ability to multitask
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and polite telephone manner
- Outstanding time-management skills and ability to prioritise work
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and helpful personality
- Ability to adapt communication style to each customer - translating technical jargon and information
