**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Greet and welcome clients, ensuring a warm and professional atmosphere.
- Answer client inquiries, both in-person and over the phone, regarding services offered, scheduling, and general information.
- **Fitness Testing**:

- Conducting VO2 Max, VO2 Fat Max and Resting Metabolic Rate tests along with 3D body scans.
- Using information from testing to advise clients on next steps to improve fitness or weight loss.
- **DEXA Scan Operation**:

- Prepare and operate DEXA scanning equipment in accordance with company protocols and safety standards.
- Guide clients through the scan procedure, ensuring they understand the process and feel comfortable.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality of all client information.
- Full training on DEXA scanning will be provided.
- **Consultation Support**:

- Assist in explaining DEXA scan results to clients, including body composition and bone density analysis.
- Provide general information and guidance based on scan results, under the supervision of a specialist or manager.
- Promote follow-up consultations with clients to assist with their health and wellness goals.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, report preparation, and maintenance of office supplies.
- Ensure thorough cleanliness and organisation of the workspace, including waiting, scanning & testing areas and equipment.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in health, fitness, and DEXA scan technology.
- Attend training sessions and meetings as required.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- **Experience**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a health or wellness setting.
- Experience with medical or fitness equipment, particularly DEXA scanners, is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and data entry.

**Work Environment**:

- **Hours**: Part-time hours, including some evening shifts and 1 weekend per month.
- **Physical Requirements**: Must be able to assist with client positioning
