We also run 4 delivery vehicles.

**What Will You Be Doing ?**

As the Head of Branch Sales, your primary focus will be:
- You will oversee and inspire the internal sales team to achieve profitable sales by promoting the full range of products and services to both potential and existing customers- You will coach our Internal Sales Coordinators to use a range of selling techniques effectively to identify opportunities and maximise profitable sales- Encourage and develop our Internal Sales Coordinators to push and achieve profitable sales and targets- This role will be specifically utilised to work alongside the Branch Manager to ensure the branch hits sales targets, educates and engages our existing and potential customers on our products- The expectation of this role is to ensure that yourself and your sales team build strong working relationships between the customer and the branches
