**Monday - Friday 37.5 hours**

Our client based in Haydock Newton-le-Willows is currently looking to recruit a collections advisor, having service non-prime customers for over 30 years and invested scientifically in technology and automation, they have an exciting opportunity for an experienced finance collections advisor to join their wider team in Haydock.
- Communication effectively with customers in arrears and other third-party agents appointed by the business, usually by telephone and in writing
- Agreeing sensible and compliant payment plans with customers which meet the objectives of the business
- Updating customers accounts with any changes

**You will need**
- 12 months finance collections experience
- Excellent customer service and numeracy skills
- Self-motivated and able to work well within a team
- Understand money laundering regulations
- Good awareness of the regulatory obligations under the FCA
- Always look to improve processes
