An enthusiastic and confident marketing assistant is required by a leading company based in Caterham.

An annual salary of up to £30,000 + performance related bonus is available depending on experience. This is an office-based position, however there may be potential for some hybrid-working.

**Client**

You will join a creative and friendly team with varying experience, giving you the opportunity to develop your skills within an exciting environment.

**What you will be doing**:

- Day to day management of the website to ensure it’s up to date, this will include uploading latest projects and social media posts.
- Website major amendments - through liaison with third party digital agency to maintain, update and redesign across the site.
- Manage social media campaigns with input from engineers to provide awareness.
- Design of infographics / graphics using PowerPoint and InDesign
- Provide ideas and support in developing company branding, aligning with company brand strategy and values.
- Production of tender fee bid package documentation.
- Organise company events - client invitations, booking tables, booking entertainment/ table

**What you will need;**
- Experience with social media marketing and content creation
- Advanced Microsoft Skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
- Good Desktop publishing skills (i.e. Adobe InDesign, Canva)
- Great communication skills
- Must be self-motivated and enthusiastic
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
