We are looking for a **EU Medical and Market Access Learning Partner** who is articulate, motivated and ambitious to join our **Epilepsy and RD EU Learning** department based out of our office in **Slough, United Kingdom.**

**About the Job**:
You will be a key key driver of the EU medical and Market Access learning, in alignment with the brand strategy, and closely liaise with all stakeholders involved in stakeholder learning to define and develop an integrated medical and access learning strategy.

**Who you’ll work with**

You’ll work in close collaboration with the EU areas, Missions, Access Operation/External Engagement and Country learning Partners to develop a centralised Medical & Access learning plan and oversee the implementation of these learning plans at regional and/or country level.

**What you’ll do**:

- Proactively gathering insights on the stakeholder needs and hel identifyy how learning and development can support
- Updating stakeholders on the latest relevant learning and development solutions available from the global and European teams
- Work closely with the APEX/GMA, EU Strategic Operations and Mission teams in order to ensure that the learning solutions align to needs
- Coordinates the smooth implementation of the learning experiences.
- Input on planning, briefing or train-the-trainer of potential facilitator team, troubleshooting, issue management
- Work on iterations of learning experience according to insights gathered and Innovate and explore digital opportunity to further develop Learning Solutions

**Interested? For this position, you’ll need the following education, experience, and skills**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- Experience in a pharma business in different ecosystems + medical and/or access role
- Knowledge of educational design, theoretical frameworks for learning planning and adult learning principles
- Understanding of Health Economics
- Exceptional project management skills/organizational skills
