Hotel Receptionist

Our newly renovated, sleek hotel is in need of an exceptional front office employee to our 26 bedroom 4 silver star hotel.

Located on the seafront of Worthing, Marine Parade, the receptionist will have a positive and professional attitude, going above and beyond to ensure our guests experience is positive and memorable.

The Role -- Ensuring that all guests are suitably attended to and all calls are handled in a polite and professional manner.
- Checking guests in & out
- Taking reservations over the phone
- Dealing with complaints quickly and efficiently and find suitable solutions to any problems that may arise
- To liaise with guests and departments, ensuring all relevant information is passed to staff.
- Assisting with all departments in times of pressure - where reasonably possible.
- Obtaining feedback from guests, passing this to HOD's to improve service levels.
- Ensure that Billing Instructions are accurate and clear.
- To be aware of and promote all services offered in the Hotel
- Ensuring that daily procedures are followed and completed correctly
- Ensuring daily banking is correct
- Making sure that Company policy and the Vision are always followed
- To take overall personal pride in appearance and work performance
- Create a warm and friendly environment for you and your colleagues
