A State of The Art, modern private dental clinic in Swiss Cottage London is looking for a full time Receptionist to join our dental practice.

**What does a Receptionist do?**

As a Receptionist you will be the point of contact for our practice

You will welcome patients and greet people who visit the practice.

Main duties would be booking appointments over the phone or in person.

Managing the diary.

To be a successful Receptionist you should have a pleasant outgoing personality, as this is also a customer service role.

You should also be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining reception operations.

Multitasking skills are essential for this position.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Greet and welcome patients as soon as they arrive at the practice
- Book all relevant appointments
- Ensure reception is tidy and presentable

**Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Outgoing approachable
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and pro
- active when issues arise
- Excellent organisational skills
- Multitasking and time -management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Excellent customer service attitude
- Knowledge of SOE preferable

Schedule:

- 9:30-18:00
- Monday to Friday
- Possibly one weekend per month

**Experience**:
Minimum 2 years

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (required)

Multilingual is advantage

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
