This is a great position for someone either looking to start a HR career with extensive Administration experience with knowledge of HR or a HR professional who is looking to further their career as it is offering fantastic progression opportunities. CIPDLevel 3 qualified would be beneficial.
**Responsibilities as a HR Administrator**:
- Responsible for processing the full employee lifecycle.
- Recruitment and Selection support
- Preparation, issuing & collation of all Contractual information and new starter forms
- Probation administration & reporting
- Maternity, Paternity, adoption, parental leave administration
- Absence Management administration & reporting
- Annual Leave queries
- Act as our HR system support function for user queries or access problems, escalating as necessary
- To take ownership of the whole HR administration process and where possible use initiative and liaise with line Managers.
**Essential requirements**:
- An individual who has a passion / interested in Recruitment
- Recruitment / HR knowledge is desirable
- Familiar with high level of workload
- CIPD Qualified desirable
- Previous HR Administrator experience is essential
