Project Coordinator:
Under the supervision of the General Manager, the Project Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of company projects from conception to delivery.

The Project Coordinator will manage multiple company projects, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

**Main responsibilities**
- Ambitious and self-motivated
- Must be able to work on their own as well as part of a team
- Coordinate the management of company projects
- Project logging and tracking
- Monitor project progress and address potential issues
- Processing of sales and purchase orders on Sage
- Organise and manage transport
- Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their jobs
- File management
- Chasing suppliers and providing updates to customers and the company’s sales team
- Manage sample stock and distribution
- General administration
- First point of contact for live projects (internal and external)
- Deal with ad hoc request

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in project coordination/project management or related field
- Strong Microsoft Office Knowledge (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
- Solid organisation and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and good planning and administration skills
- Ambitious and self-motivated
- Must be able to work on their own as well as part of a team
