Personal Assistant to Support Founder of Creative

We are working with the Founder of multiple successful creative businesses, who is looking to recruit a Personal Assistant to support him in the successful running of his day-to-day personal and professional life. You will work with the Founder across fourbusinesses, as well as assist in the management of his personal projects.

This role will predominantly cover three broad areas: Assisting in the complex task of playing an executive and creative leadership role across three similar businesses, typically operating around the design, technology and cyber security industries thathe has co-founded and/or helps to run; working with the Founder to expand and launch several creative projects in his other business; as well ensuring that he gets the most out of his personal life, covering everything from arranging family holidays, to helpingwith the build of a new house.

Typical working hours would be Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with flexibility required at times. The businesses are all remote-first, although the Founder tends to split his time between the South East of Kent and Ascott-under-Wychwood in Oxfordshire wherethe main businesses operate a stunning office. You'll be based remotely, but need to be able to travel to both locations occasionally and therefore ideally be within an hour or two of either (preferably closest to Kent).

**DUTIES TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO**:

- Bridging the gap between personal and business support for the Founder
- Helping the Founder to run a complex management set-up, which he uses to stay on track and oversee a variety of businesses, product teams, creative projects, people he manages, and much more.
- Assisting in the running of concept and design teams in his main focus business.
- Helping in finishing a typographic art project and launching it as a standalone product venture, including the logistics of selling a physical product online.
- Managing a nascent project to create an illustrated kids book that the Founder is working on with an illustrator colleague, taking it from idea to execution.
- Working with the Founder to design, plan and build a new house, including finding and working with an architect, and location scouting.
- Ad-hoc duties as required

**ESSENTIAL CRITERIA**:

- Two or more years of experience in a similar role as a Personal or Executive Assistant.
- Able to be a trusted 'right hand', with high levels of integrity.
- Highly self-sufficient, proactive, and able to initiate and manage your own workload against the backdrop of the Founder’s varied schedule.
- A natural leader and efficient organiser with exceptional attention to detail, and experience in diary and project management.
- Interested in entrepreneurship, especially in creative industries
- Experienced in running your own small business or 'side hustle' would be advantageous, but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to converse with a wide range of people with different skill and experience levels.
- Calm presence with relentless positive energy to get the job done.
- Be willing and able to pick up the smallest menial task with complete humility, as well as own and tackle bigger long-term projects.
- Fluency in English - both written and verbal
