**About the Role**:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Apprenticeships Data Specialist to join our team on a Full Time, Permanent basis
This role will entail you being responsible for the timely and accurate collection, management, analysis, and reporting of data related to apprenticeship programmes in support of organisational priorities.
You will also manage apprenticeship data in internal and external systems in support of programme planning, performance management, government reporting, funding, and related initiatives. Support regular and ad hoc data collection and analysis regarding apprenticeship programmes
**What You'll Do**:
- Responsible for ensuring that all systems, including PICS, ACE360, and the Levy and Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS) are updated to enable funding claims to be made timely, accurately, and successfully.
- Support the aggregation and analysis of programme data to enable decision making through relevant governance forums, including the Apprenticeships Governing Board, Business Unit
Council (BC), and Training Provider (TP) Forums.
- Support the design and submission of Individual Learner Records (ILR) and monthly reporting.
- Conduct monitoring and quality assurance of monthly Provider-Level Results (PLR) data reports, ensuring high standards of accuracy and compliance.
- Responsible for apprentice and broader programmes data, ensuring funding requirements are met, and reporting is conducted efficiently across all programmes.
- Responsible for ensuring accuracy and compliance of data provided via the ESFA Provider Data Self-Assessment Tool (PDSAT).
- Develop and maintain training plan and apprenticeship agreement templates for apprentice sign-up processes.
- Maintain apprenticeship learner data and personal information, including learner trackers and electronic files, ensuring compliance with NG policies and data protection regulations.
- Complete DAS enrolments and approvals for third-party delivered apprenticeships, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
- Confirm eligible costs associated with apprenticeship standards and provide evidence packs to demonstrate mapping to Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviours (KSBs).
- Responsible for the provision of purchase orders for all development programmes, in consultation with leadership and procurement. Responsible for invoice approval, reporting, exception management, liaising with Accounts Payable as necessary.
- Design, deploy, and analyse learner surveys to gather feedback in support of improving programme effectiveness.
- Act as the SharePoint owner for the Development Programmes Team, managing the structure ofand access to document repositories, and ensuring efficient document storage and retrieval.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for systems such as BKSB and Cognassist, providing reporting, knowledge, and feedback to users.
- Responsible for archiving and removing data from systems such as BKSB, BYG, and OneFile as required.
**What You'll Have**:
- Previous experience in data management, preferably in an apprenticeship or education setting.
- Knowledge of apprenticeship data, standards, and regulations.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and management.
- Organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical and reporting skills.
