**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide tailored assistance.
- Assist customers in selecting products and services that meet their requirements, effectively upselling where appropriate.
- Maintain an organised sales floor, ensuring products are displayed attractively and stock levels are monitored.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and in-person with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system, ensuring basic maths skills are applied effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall customer experience.
- Manage time efficiently to balance multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of service quality.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
- Proven ability to sell products and services effectively, demonstrating upselling techniques when appropriate.
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a retail or sales environment is an advantage but not essential.

Pay: £22,880.00-£43,993.46 per year
