Now is an exciting time to join Dreams, the UK's number one specialist bed retailer. We are currently looking for a Full Time Retail Sales Advisor to join our fantastic store based in York.
Retail is vital for the success of our brand. Working in store you will be customer facing, ensuring that all our customers have an exceptional customer journey whilst they shop in store. Using our industry leading Sleepmatch technology together with your excellentcommunication skills, you will work with each individual customer to ensure that we find them their 'great night's sleep'. A passion for a personal sense of achievement, teamed with drive to hit both individual and store targets is essential.
You should be able to demonstrate ambition to succeed and will in turn be provided with the tools and training to fulfil that desire.
Whilst no previous sales experience is necessary you need to have the determination and self-motivation to work towards KPIs and sales targets and the confidence to approach customers and negotiate sales.
We will offer you uncapped earning potential, based on your sales performance as well as generous employee discount, company pension and retail trust scheme.
Dreams are operational 7 days a week, so this role will involve working weekends and bank holidays.
