Seven Resourcing is currently recruiting for a System & Change Officer in Gloucestershire. This is a full-time temporary role paying £400 per day.

**About the Job**:
To support maintenance and development of SAP system and other systems used within the BSC, (e.g. e-forms, DBS, e-rec, Payroll, Income and Payment management systems), working closely with professional internal colleagues (e.g. HR / Financial / ICT), external partners and statutory bodies to contribute to the strategic development of the business.

**Responsibilities**:

- To work with others to identify, develop and implement future rollouts and service improvements and ensure business adoption of changes
- Manage system and change-related projects in accordance with GCC procedures, monitoring timescales and outcomes to ensure successful delivery.
- To support users to secure effective implementation and use of the system on a responsive basis (e.g. ‘helpdesk’) and through planned training activity (internal and external users), referring issues to Application Management support as required.
- To supervise and support the implementation of, and compliance, with processes within the transaction teams of the BSC.
- To maintain and improve the SAP system knowledgebase, ensuring continued relevance, accessibility and use.
- Liaising with managers to realise benefits from the intelligence bank, writing, running and analysing reports from historical data maintaining a knowledge base of ad hoc reports and providing reports to statutory bodies.
- To provide information to other interested outside bodies as part of the performance management system (including Performance Indicators). To respond to Freedom Of Information requests as required.

**Applicant Requirements**:

- **Experience**:Substantial experience in a key professional discipline (HR, Procurement or Finance) within a large, complex environment
- **Qualifications**:Educated to degree level or holds a professional qualification in either IT, HR, Procurement or Finance (or has equivalent experience)
- **Compliance**:Enhanced DBS, Right to Work in the UK
