**Who would make a good trainee recruitment consultant?**
- Graduate or Graduate calibre - good communication skills and ability to work autonomously
- Previous commercial experience - in the last 6 months I have placed a dentist/scientist and sales person. Experience is not essential - **most important factor **is desire to work in recruitment and understanding of the role and what you need to do to be successful ( I can help you with this)
- Tenacious, driven, mature and decisive
- Able to think outside the box

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£240,000.00 per year
