You will support process improvements which will require frequent engagement with relevant functions. - **Stakeholder engagement**: You will participate in business meetings with various functions in order to understand and support business requirements, often providing value through provision of insight and challenge. You will focus on our internalcustomers and put yourself 'in their shoes’. You will build and maintain strong relationships with these stakeholders, creating customer focus and supporting the business in decision making by improving awareness and understanding of risk. These relationshipswill enable you to become a recognised Risk contact throughout QBE EO. - **Being a technical expert and key deliverables**: The role will require delivery of key activities to the standards expected of the ERM Risk Manager. This will include: - Supporting the Risk Manager with Issue and Incident and RCSA management, including performing review and challenge. - Key reporting requirements including detailed analysis of Issue & Incident and RCSA data. - Supporting the Risk Manager with other key activities such as Risk Culture, Incident Nil Return process and ad hoc Group reporting requests. - Being an advocate and actively demonstrating good risk management discipline. - Representing Risk as required at relevant groups and forums providing appropriate and value-adding challenge. - Collaborating with other Risk Analysts and with Senior Risk Analysts, working as one team and demonstrating engagement across all assurance functions. - **Good communication and relationship building skills** will be required to collaborate and build relationships with a range of business stakeholders on a regular basis. This will also include presenting draft findings and recommendations andbeing receptive to feedback.
