The salary for a Financial Adviser is £50,000 - £75,000
As a Financial Adviser, you will have the chance to shape your clients' financial futures by understanding their current and long-term goals. You'll develop easy-to-understand financial strategies that lead them toward true financial independence. Plus, enjoy the flexibility of home-based or remote working, with access to our office locations if desired.
You will enjoy a comprehensive end-to-end in-house client journey and back-office support, including full Admin, and Paraplanning assistance. Additionally, benefit from lead generation provided by their dedicated business development team.
Key Responsibilities:
Stay on top of your clients' changing needs and financial circumstances, keeping them informed about new products and legislation that could impact their pensions, savings, investments, and financial plans.
Proactively acquire and develop new business from existing clients, as well as through personal business planning, referrals, and our company's lead generation program.
Utilise all available marketing opportunities, including leveraging social media and networking with introducers and professionals to generate new business.
Cultivate strong relationships with clients and introducers through meetings, seminars, and continuous feedback to our team and contact center.
Arrange meetings with corporate and individual clients, whether in-office, at their homes or business premises, or virtually through platforms like Microsoft Teams.

To be considered:
Holds a Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or FCA approved equivalent) and maintains CF30 status in accordance with FCA regulations.
Demonstrates a client-centric approach with exceptional presentation skills, articulate communication, and an unwavering commitment to doing what's right for our clients.
Possesses excellent interpersonal skills, approachability, and professionalism, while also embracing IT skills to excel in virtual and digital client communication.
Has experience in networking and attracting new clients through effective business development, strategic planning, and building relationships with affinity groups, business owners, entrepreneurs, professionals, and retail clients.
