Our client, a well-established Chartered Independent Financial Planning firm is seeking a **Financial Services Administrator** to join their team based in Truro.

This position is primarily office based; however, you will have the opportunity to work two days from home.

This role may also be referred to as; IFA Administrator, Client Executive, or Coordinator Assistant.

**What will you be doing?**
- Act as a point of contact for clients to answer their day-to-day queries
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- General administration duties
- Diary management
- Working alongside paraplanners and business support team to deliver long-term financial planning to clients

**Skills/Qualifications**:

- Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) minimum, with grades A-C to include English and Math
- You will be either working in a firm that offers financial advice or have experience within a professional business services
- Exceptional organisation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
