We are recruiting for **a Contract Administrator** to join our Contracts Management team on a **3-month fixed term contract**.

**What will you be doing in this role?**

As a Contracts Administrator, you will work as part of a team **preparing** and **issuing invoices** for our Response Centre, **ensuring accuracy**, and **meeting our agreed invoicing schedules**. You will work with other teams to **resolve any invoicing queries** in a timely manner and follow these through to resolution. In addition, you will issue any response contract renewal documentation as required.

**Your key day-to-day responsibilities could include**
- Utilising various software packages/systems to prepare and issue invoices and contract documentation in accordance with the department procedures and within agreed time frames,
- Liaise with Response colleagues to collate information for Disaster Recovery invoicing,
- Ensuring all contract documentation is accurate and up to date on the system,
- Maintain our contract renewal schedule,
- Monitor acceptance of contract renewals and update systems as required, to enable timely invoicing and escalate any issues to Contracts Administration Manager.

**- Ability to organise and plan tasks effectively to meet deadlines,
- Proven administration skills and experience within a fast-paced commercial environment,
- Collaborative, happy working as a team, but also able to use own initiative,
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written,
- A keen eye for detail,
- Competent IT user, proficient in the use of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel),
- Any experience with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system would be ideal, but is not required as full training will be provided.
