The business loves to provide first class training, development and career opportunities. **For the Sales Consultant role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria**: - A professional individual with successful track record in solution based consultative sales - Experience of handling board level relationships within large clients - A strategic approach to handling customers' long term needs - The ability to see the bigger picture and influence business habits - Excellent work ethic and a team player **Benefits of the Sales Consultant role**: - £45,000 - £60,000 basic salary - Uncapped commission. OTE is £10k with additional accelerator incentives - Pension - Fully expensed company care - 25 days holidays + stats
