**Job Title**:Sales Consultant

**Location**: Maidstone

**Salary**:£20k-£26k plus commission of up to 40%

**Hours**:Monday-Friday - 8.45am-5.15pm

**The role**:
Do you enjoy working as part of a team to achieve goals and targets? Do you enjoy building relationships with customers over the telephone and converting these to sales? This could be the right role for you. You will be joining a team who are highly passionateabout sales and enjoy hitting targets to gain the best incentives/commission.

**As the Sales Consultant your key responsibilities would be**:

- Proactively contacting new customers on the phone.
- Maintaining excellent working relationships with existing customers.
- Building and maintaining a steady growth of new customers.
- Quoting prices to customers as and when required.
- Working closely to a budget as set by the Director
- Close working relationships with suppliers
- Working towards team and individual incentives.
- Excellent communication skills particularly on the phone
- Thrives on exceeding sales targets
- Building relationships with existing and new customers
- Working as part of a close-knit team to support each other, as well as give a fantastic service to clients
- Feel confident to constructively offer their opinions to ensure the best outcomes for client.
- Minimum 1 years' experience within sales or telesales roles.
