Skilled Welder

**Duties**:

- Welding and Fabrication of Industrial Heating and ventilation system components using 1mm - 2mm Stainless steel sheet. Which must in effect be airtight chambers.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure project success.
- Willing to pick up new skills.

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of mechanical principles and engineering drawings.
- Good Communication skills.
- Assist the manager and the team. To be able to be given instructions by the Management and be able to use own initiative to get on and work from there.
- Knowledge of Thermal Heat Transfer and Combustion.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Have a good understanding of Basic Health & Safety.
- Experience in Mig and Tig welding is a requirement for this position.
- Having the ability to finish to a high standard, ensuring accuracy and completion on time of assigned tasks and projects.
- The ability to support the team in times of pressure.

Wage Structure would be dependent on experience

Hours would be 8am to 4:30pm - 40 Hours a week. 20 days holiday per year (some to be used for Christmas break). Plus, Bank Holidays.

Will be some overtime work and weekends available in bust periods.
