The Elks Head in Whitefield is currently in the process of transition of ownership. We are on the lookout for talented individuals who can join us on our journey to put the Elks Head back on the map to make it a popular food and tourist destination.

Jen & Rob, the new owners have over 50 years’ experience in the industry and bring with them a wealth of knowledge to turn the Elks Head into a renowned food destination & tourist destination within the UK.

The building itself is located within the Whitfield Estate next the river Allen and is a quaint, beauty spot which will attract guests from all over the country.

Rob the head chef/owner has a Michelin background and has obtained AA rosettes for his food in previous establishments and is looking to make his mark in the same way at The Elks Head.

We have 10 on site bedrooms which are in the process of being refurbished.

We are looking for people who have pride in their work and have OCD like cleaning standards.

Main duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Making up beds
- Cleaning rooms after checkout to a very high standard
- Cleaning of bar, downstairs communal areas and corridors
- Making up tea trays in each room
- An excellent knowledge of industry standards
- Must have a smart fresh appearance

Working various shift patterns that include evenings and weekends

Meals provided if working more than a 6 hour shift.

Uniform provided.

Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: £10.00-£12.00 per hour
