- to oversee the effective running of the bar and floor
- to ensure an exceptional standard of delivery and professionalism

- to understand how to work with hospitality team members to achieve targets and support business objectives
- to be proactive in supporting sales and marketing activities
- to be solution focussed and remain calm under pressure, adopting a constructive attitude to dealing with problems and driving a positive outcome
- to operate with a quality focus to achieve the best for the business
- to ensure menus and promotional materials are up to date and presented accurately to the customer
- to prepare food and beverage service areas in good time ensuring all resources are available and ready for use

The Bush Inn is a beautiful, 15th century thatched pub/restaurant situated in the heart of the idyllic village of St Hilary (a mile outside of Cowbridge). We are a very popular destination dining venue where people visit not only for our hearty country food but also for the ambience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £8.00-£11.00 per hour
