**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
- Engage with patrons, providing excellent customer service and responding to their needs promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar/restaurant area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed, reporting any shortages to management.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using basic maths skills.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Uphold the establishment’s standards of hospitality, creating a welcoming environment for all guests.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the restaurant industry is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
- A solid understanding of basic maths for handling payments and making change accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to maintain health standards in the bar area.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanour to engage effectively with customers.
- A passion for hospitality and providing exceptional service is highly valued.

Pay: £11.44-£13.00 per hour
