As part of upstream BA team, you will play a key role in driving our client's ambition to scale an outstanding team, environment, and culture. The Technical Business Analyst is responsible for eliciting, defining and managing technical requirements for asprint team through creation of user stories and supporting material. The role will enable the definition of requirements and user stories for product development, improving processes and systems, reducing their costs, enhancing their sustainability, and thequantification of potential business benefits. Furthermore, it is expected that collaborative creation and iteration of viable specifications and acceptance criteria in preparation for the deployment of digital products is a key aspect of this role.

**The Role**:

- Business Analyst in Upstream Oil & Gas.
- Technology transformation and Consulting primarily in the Upstream Energy sector ?
- Able to produce top-class work across the various aspects of small and medium strategy, innovation and technology delivery engagements ?
- Deliver business analysis in areas such as systems strategy and architecture, systems implementation, digital and data management innovations, as well business process management specific to the wider Energy value chain.?
- Working with the Product Manager, Delivery Manager, Lead Architect and Lead UX to ensure successful delivery
- Work alone in a range of team sizes often split across multiple geographies?
