Customer Service Advisor
**Salary**:
£20,000 per annum

Manchester
**Hours:**
Monday to Friday (Potential Weekends)
Hours will be shifts between 08:00am - 20:00pm in busier periods
**The Role**:
As Customer Recovery Adviser, you will communicate with customers through inbound and outbound telephone calls. You will also engage in a lot of written communication to help support those who have fallen behind with their account payments. If you have a lovefor helping people then this could be the ideal role for you Demonstrating your customer service and communication skills, you will work with our customers to effectively understand the extent of their financial situation and then agree the most appropriatesolution from a range of options available.
**The Person**:

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate with internal and external customers and key stake holders across the business
- Passionate about great customer service with an empathetic attitude
- Ability to multitask
- Great problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Fantastic telephone manner
- High organisational and time management skills
