**Role summary**

The SHEQ Co-Ordinator will support the SHEQ department and wider business in providing an excellent standard of coordination and administration to the department. The post holder will work with the SHEQ team in establishing and maintaining the management system contributing to our ambition of SHEQ excellence across the organisation.

The SHEQ Co-Ordinator will be responsible for maintenance of documents in the management system and management of the Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) which will assist the SHEQ department in identifying trends. The role is seen as a key to the success of the team ensuring that team efficiency is maintained and deadlines are achieved.

**Main responsibilities**

General:

- Working as part of a team.

- Co-operate with EPC and follow processes, procedures and training.
- Report incidents and non-conformances.

SHEQ:

- Maintaining external accreditations portals by providing the requested information.
- Support the implementation and on-going management of SHEQ strategic objectives including the management of Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
- Creation of monthly reports containing trend analysis.
- Document control within the management system including management of review periods.
- Updating SHEQ schedules, plans and registers.
- Providing administrative support to the SHEQ department.
- Drafting and disseminating SHEQ related communications and bulletins.
- Collating and creating personnel assessments (passports) to meet the requirements of National Electricity Registration Scheme (NERS).
- Development of SHEQ IT processes

Finance:

- Responsible for performing cost/benefit analysis for SHEQ expenditure within the business
- Responsible for the issue of PPE to employees within the business within the allocated budget

Sales and Tendering:

- Support the tendering and SHEQ team in collating/completing clients Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ).

Commercial and Procurement:

- Responsibility for the supplier assurance system through vetting supplier submissions on initial engagement and then at regular intervals consulting with the wider team where required.

Operations:

- Management of the companies training matrix and health surveillance programme
