Based in vibrant offices in Downtown Toronto, BrightHR are expanding their sales team, due to continued growth - they already have 4 years of success in Canada and over 8 years in the UK

The business is recruiting for a Business Development Manager.

Their office-based Business Development Manager's sit between 5-7 online appointments per day with business owners, showing them the benefits of their award-winning software alongside their HR and H+S Advisory service.

As an experienced full cycle BDM, you will be used to:

- Finding your own leads
- Making outbound calls to business owners
- Sitting demo's / presentations
- Closing deals

In return you can expect a generous basic salary with uncapped commission, Medical, Dental and Pension plan, 15 days paid vacation which increases after 2 and 5 years plus your birthday off, Monday to Friday 9-5, no evenings, or weekends
