Private practice in Ipswich seeking a full time Dental Receptionist. Must have excellent communication skills verbal and written, be well presented, eager to learn, hard-working and a team player. Knowledge of SOE software and dental nursing qualification would be a bonus. Start ASAP.

**The Role**

Receptionist - 40 Hours a week, 8 Hours per day (Mon - Fri) PLUS at least one in every 4 Saturdays.

Full training will be given, dental reception experience required. **You will need to enjoy learning new things, be quick to learn, intelligent with good initiative and confidence.**
- Promoting a professional image and being knowledgeable about the services the practice provides.
- Providing patients of the practice with a warm welcome and making them feel at ease.
- Answering the telephone in a friendly, helpful, and courteous manner.
- Making all the necessary patient checks in accordance with practice policy.
- Scheduling appointments
- Completing patient recalls and appointment reminder calls.

**Experience**

Having worked in a similar role in a dental practice, you will have all the attributes required to provide a high-quality service to our patients and understand the support your team needs. In addition, you will be:

- A good standard of general education.
- Previous Receptionist or customer service experience
- Highly motivated, friendly, flexible, reliable and organised.
- Taking payments and cashing up
- Opening and closing the practice
- To conduct the business of the reception desk / area quietly and calmly; communicating effectively with patients, nursing, dental, and other staff to promote the best environment for the efficient running of the clinic.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Ipswich: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
