We are looking for a HR/Office Manager to join an established and rapidly growing Technology Consultancy. They work with various high profile and prestigious public sector bodies to improve their digital services, which results in making a different to theeveryday person. They are a family owned company, and want like minded friendly, motivated and innovative individuals to join them on their journey.

This role is based in their Plymouth Headquarters and they offer a hybrid working model. This is a standalone role, however you will be working as part of a wider multi skilled team, and working closely with the Co Founder who will be on hand to offer youexpertise, guidance and support.

Typical responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding of employees to include preparing job adverts, organising job fairs, arranging interviews, completing pre employment checks, and setting up systems for new starters.
- Supporting with Learning and Development programs
- Supporting with payroll duties (overseeing and checking this)
- Advising the Senior Management team on employment law matters (with the support of an external HR Consultancy)
- Recording and processing confidential information
- Supporting the People Director as required

This role is available on either a full time or part time basis to work around your commitments.

The salary is £32,000 - £37,000
