Technical Support Co-Ordinator

**Salary**: £21,000 - £24,000 (dependent on experience)

Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:30

Location: Horsham, West Sussex - Hybrid working options available

**What will you be doing?**

As an integral part of the team, the Technical Support Co-Ordinator in Global 4 will never have a dull day There are plenty of different tasks to perform that keep your role fresh and exciting These include:

- Liaise with all internal departments to ensure our client experience is as smooth as possible
- Work closely alongside existing Operations Administrators to ensure harmonious completion of tasks
- Monitor and log customer fault tickets - liaising with sales team and service desk.
- Monitor and manage central mailboxes with incoming queries and requests, ensuring supplier updates are added to relevant tickets promptly.
- Attend Operational meetings, actioning minutes and distributing action points
- Booking work-based activities and meetings, including quarterly engineering meetings, hotels, etc.
- Raising purchase orders where necessary and subsequent actions to conclude
- Diary Management including the scheduling of meeting rooms for internal meetings for the team
- Provide back up to support to the delivery function, including suspensions and ceases
- Engage with customers to confirm faults are resolved, ensuring user fields are accurately updated
- Carry out pre-site visit calls, ensuring safe environment for G4 engineers

**What do we need from you?**
- 12 months’ proven administration experience
- Exceptional organisational skills. This includes prioritisation of workload
- Strong interpersonal skills to integrate to the team
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Strong IT Skills including MS Office
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent numerical skills
