The client is an established retail brand based in St. Albans who are looking for an experienced and organized **Sales Ledger Manager** to join the team.

**Description**
As **Sales Ledger Manager**, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring all supplier contributions agreements are loaded; Sales ledger data is entered monthly & payments from suppliers (BACS, credit / debit note or cheque) are correctly allocated within the agreed terms.
- Invoicing, contract support and trade days - and associated debtor collection
- Managing debt recovery from suppliers
- Quarterly Sales Ledger realignment analysis and preparing journals for management accounts
- Liaising with Accounts Payable/Procurement where supplier payment issues cause challenges in collecting income from suppliers
- Balance sheet reconciliation of debtor to General Ledger debtor balances
- Preparing any financial reports for the Manager to present to the Board as required
**Profile**
The perfect **Sales Ledger Manager** will have:
- Minimum 1 year within a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work under pressure and prioritise workloads
- Ability to meet deadlines and to also work using own initiative with minimum supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables & look ups)
