Corporate Coaching Programme Coordinator

**This role will support the team with planning logistics and resourcing for the delivery of a range of tailored coaching programmes to corporates and non-profits.**

**Salary**: starting at £26,000

**Hours**: Full-time, 9.30am-5.30pm

**Location**:Hammersmith, London - we are an office-based organisation with some work at home possible in agreement with the line manager

**Person Specification**
- A practising Christian who is passionate about personally representing the Christian values of Resurgo and committed to Resurgo’s mission to transform society
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to coordinate a diverse range of activities and manage time well
- Ability to use own initiative and identify opportunities to improve processes, working with a proactive approach and an ability to anticipate, predict and prioritise needs ahead of time
- Excellent communication skills and able to build relationships on the phone and face to face, with a confidence in networking and liaising with existing or potential clients
- Relational individual with high emotional intelligence, willing and able to adapt to circumstances as necessary in a growing team
- Supportive team player with a growth mindset, and an awareness of team structure and dynamics
- A good command of IT packages (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Access and PowerPoint) and confident with basic design work

**Responsibilities**
**Operations**
- Work with the Senior Corporate Development Manager and other team members to: schedule programmes, assess availability of coaching team (from within the Resurgo team and the Associate coach network) and manage the calendar for all culture and impact consulting
- Support the ongoing development and day-to-day use of the client portal - a tool to manage the delegate journey - and manage the relationship with the external provider to ensure the identification and delivery of ongoing improvements
- Co-ordinate the collection of behavioural impact data across all Corporate coaching programmes, collaborating with the Impact and Church teams as needed, and support the wider team in using this to build and shape our impact narrative
- Identify, propose and implement ways to improve our internal processes and systems to improve our operating efficiency and the quality of services for our clients. Work with the Finance Team and the Senior Corporate Development Manager to issue invoices to clients and track income on our internal systems

**Team Support**
- Oversee the production of resources and training materials for coaching programmes, alongside the relevant programme coaches and Office Administrator.
- Work with the People, Culture & Ops and Impact & Capability teams to support ICF accreditation for Resurgo Corporate coaches

**Client Support**
- Support the Senior Corporate Development Manager in steps to finalise new business and manage existing clients, taking a confident and personable approach to the needs of our clients
- Support the Senior Corporate Development Manager with proposals for clients tailored to their needs and detailing pricing.
- Work with coaches and the Senior Corporate Development Manager to tailor client contracts.
- Oversee the event management of in-house training programmes such as Coaching for Leadership.
- Respond to online enquiries about Resurgo Corporate Coaching
