Project Document Controller

As a Document Controller you’ll have a role that’s omnicompetent. ensuring our client receives the correct and most up-to-date versions of drawings, designs and contractual info to allow for the smooth delivery of projects, mitigating any mistakes caused by outdated information.
Day to day, you’ll register and capture documents in the electronic document management system - including Client and/or any relevant sub-contractors’ documentation, you will also review document formats, coding, and adherence to checking & approval processes for signatures
And the circulation of documents for review, information, acceptance etc. You will also help with the provision of daily/weekly and monthly status reports and the archiving, closeout and handover at project completion.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £26,000.00 per year
