**Personal Injury Consultant**

This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough assessments of personal injury cases, including reviewing medical records, police reports, and other relevant documentation.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients regarding their legal rights and options for pursuing personal injury claims.
- Evaluate the strength of personal injury cases and recommend strategies for maximising compensation for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, insurance companies, and legal professionals involved in personal injury cases.
- Prepare and negotiate settlements on behalf of clients, ensuring that their best interests are represented.
- Stay up-to-date on developments in personal injury law and regulations to provide informed and accurate advice to clients.
- Collaborate with legal teams and other professionals to support the successful resolution of personal injury cases.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, case progress, and related documentation.

**Qualifications**:
Qualified solicitor or litigation executive with at least 6 years PQE.

Proven experience in personal injury law, particularly in relation to employer's liability, RTA, catastrophic injuries, slips and trips and hire bills.

**Skills**:
Strong knowledge of personal injury law, regulations, and legal procedures.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess complex legal issues and provide sound recommendations.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.

Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in legal research and case management software.

KPI and target driven

**Salary and Benefits**:

- Salary will be up to 75% of all total profit costs brought in individually.
