Warren House is a Grade II listed building, offering flexible conference facilities within beautifully landscaped gardens. Situated in the exclusive Coombe Estate Warren House offers peace and tranquillity suitable for accommodation, dining, conferences, meetings, seminars and training. Stunning views across London can be enjoyed from our rooms reminding you that central London lies only 20 minutes away by train. The hotel consists of 46 bedrooms, 11 conference and event rooms, two bars and a restaurant with terrace dining. Warren House Hotel is owned and run by Sun Hotel Limited, a hospitality company that acquires and manages many hospitality businesses around Europe.

**Main Duties**:

- To ensure that all services to the guests as requested are carried out efficiently and on time and are properly recorded and charged.
- To fully ensure that any discrepancies are resolved or reported.
- To ensure that full security of the Hotel is set the standard set by the Hotel.
- Checks billing instructions and guest credit for compliance with hotel credit policy and minimise room rebates.
- To ensure all guest requests are met promptly and efficiently.
- To action/deal with any complaints/queries expressed by guests, informing the Front Office Manager and Duty Manager, asking for assistance when necessary.
**What are we looking for?**

The appointed Receptionist serving Warren House are always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

- Positive attitude
- Must have experience working in a Front Office department in a 3* Hotel or 4* Hotel Property
- Excellent customer service skills and is passionate about exceeding guest expectations
- Able to work in a fast paced working environment and remain calm under pressure
- Fully Customer Focused
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work in a team orientated Environment
- Previous Experience in a similar role
- Experience of using Reslink (Desirable, as full training will be given)
- Flexible approach with regards to working additional hours if required
The contract offered would be a 0-hour / Casual Contract

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
